It's tough to put a price on peace-of-mind -- our published rates are average service charges. Your pet's plan will be made to order and your rates may vary from those listed. You will receive a complete estimate of all charges prior to your registration meeting. Please e-mail to create a service plan just for your pet! If you require a service you don't see here - let us create a plan for you.
All visits are approximately 1/2 hour unless otherwise noted.
All services are based on availability, planning ahead is the best way to guarantee your service!

If keys are not presented at initial consultation or each time we drop off or pick-up your keys. Please be sure to alert the office if you change your locks between visits. Key Pick-up/Return fee will be imposed.

Prior to starting service we provide an in-home consultation for you and your pet. The fee for each
initial consultation is $22.00.
Additional "meet & greets" with sitters are billed at
$22/half hour.
In home consulting is also available at $37.00/hour.

BILLING POLICIES
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due when your invoice is received in order to guarantee service. Your service is NOT guaranteed until payment is received. For Daily Walk clients, payment is due at the first walk of each week. Peggie's Pet Services, LLC accepts payment via Pay Pal.
LAST MINUTE FEES
Any service requested at the last minute will incur 'rush booking fees.'
Key on File: If we have your key on file, it is infinitely easier to provide service with short notice. However, if you request service with fewer than 48 business hours notice (2 biz days) you will incur a $20.00 fee.
No Key On File: If you do not have a current copy of your key on file, and you request service with fewer than 96 hours (4 biz days) notice, you will incur a $35.00 fee which includes the $15.00 key pick up charge. Should you require your key to be returned you will be subject to the return fees.
UNPAID BALANCES
Any unpaid balances are due 10 (ten) days from receipt of invoice and will accrue a $10 late payment fee every 30 days.
SCHEDULING
Sitters' schedules are set with one week's notice. Should your schedule change, please email us or contact your sitter directly, before 9am on the day of your scheduled visit.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CREDITS
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule.
48 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive credit for unused service. Cancellation fees may be imposed for repeated cancellations.
If a sitter arrives for your visit and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for your regular visit, and Peggie's Pet Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during Holiday periods. During Holidays (as listed below) you must allow 14 days notice in order to receive a credit for your reserved service. Please review the Policies and Procedures outlined in your Welcome Packet regarding holiday fees and cancellations.
* HOLIDAYS
The following holidays incur a $15/visit holiday fee.
Regularly scheduled Midday Walks DO NOT occur during holiday periods. Please call the office to schedule a midday walk during the following dates. Be aware that the $15.00 holiday fee will be applied to your daily service.

Should you require a regularly scheduled midday walk on any of the above Holidays, please schedule in advance. You will be assessed $15.00 visit Holiday fee.
