Thanks so much for taking care of Mookie and Thai while we were away for the weekend. Although they were happy to see us, they were calm and relaxed. Much more so than they have been on other occasions. They were obviously well taken care of. And, your note was so thorough and thoughtful. I really appreciate your attention to all the details and to all their needs. I hope Mookie and Thai are lucky enough to have you pet sit them the next time!

"We wanted to write & thank you for taking such good care of Gwen while we were gone. That was the longest time we've left her. We came home to find a pleasant, well adjusted Gwen! But one thing seemed different... When we carried her around she seemed... heavier??
Yup, she actually GAINED WEIGHT during what could be a very stressful period!! Gwen actually gained over 15 grams while you were taking care of her! So if that isn't a big compliment I'm not sure what thanks we humans can also pass along that "tops that"!

"I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job your sitter did while we were out of town. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. As you know, Kuma wasnt feeling well. Your sitter nursed him back to health, going so far as to spray water in his mouth when she thought he wasn't getting enough to drink. Then she shampooed my carpets with her own carpet cleaner. The notes she left were very helpful when we had to take Nani into the Vet for the same symptoms. They were so impressed with your sitter's notes and care that the Doctor and staff asked, who she was, because they would like to recommend your service to their clients. If you would like me to drop off some cards to VCA Old Town Pet Clinic, I would be more than happy to do so. Or you may want to stop by and introduce your company to them yourself.
By the way, the doctor still isn't sure if it was nerves or a virus, but both dogs seem to have bounced right back."

Peggie: you obviously are doing what you are passionate about. You are very good at listening to what your customers want and going above and beyond to deliver. You have good intuition for things we would like, even if we don't ask! Also, you hire great people - Gracie just adores Vicki - I don't know if that was an intentional match or just worked out well. You understand how people feel about their pets (especially here in Alexandria where they're our kids!) and I feel secure knowing that the person coming over will treat Gracie and Demetri as good as if I were doing it myself ! "I am a work-at-home dog mom and my Boston Terrier, Sluggo, was very unhappy being alone. Then I got a great assignment working long hours outside the house. I should have been excited, but I was panicked. What would I do about Sluggo? I almost didn't take the job. Then I fooled myself into thinking that I could speed home every day during lunch. It was a disaster. I couldn't concentrate on my work, worrying about poor Sluggo. Finally, I found a web site for Peggie's Pets. I was still a little unsure, but when I met Peggie for the first time, I knew I had found the perfect fairy godmother for my dog. She was so understanding about my situation and stepped right into Sluggo's life. When I came home from work, Sluggo was as happy as ever. I loved the little notes Peggie left on my fridge, letting me know how their playtime went. Finally, I could concentrate on my work, knowing Sluggo was in good hands. Peggie really proved what a treasure she is when one day Sluggo got sick and I was out of reach. Peggie went above and beyond the call of duty. She stayed with Sluggo long after her scheduled time, just to make sure he was okay. I trust her completely with the most valuable little guy in my life. "I travel all over the United States for work, and knowing that Peggie's Pet Service is taking care of my "babies" Cali and Lulu -- I can do my job and sleep at night.
